Terms of use

By using this site, you agree to these terms. You may view and temporarily download one copy of our materials for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, republish, reverse engineer, remove notices, or mirror this site.

User content (including Let It Out™)

What you own. Text and other content you post stays yours, subject to the license you give us below.

What you give us. By posting, you grant Pattern Reset™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, copy, store, display, reformat, moderate, adapt, and otherwise use your content to operate, secure, and improve the site and products (including the Let It Out™ wall, inbox, anonymity features, and related tools you see today or later). That includes using excerpts or full posts, alone or combined with other material, in Pattern Reset™ marketing, education, and brand content—for example email, social media, video, audio, courses, and other products or publications—typically in anonymized form without names or identifying details, unless the law requires otherwise. You also grant us the right to use anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you for analytics and product improvement, where the law allows. This license continues for content that remains on the service and, for copies we reasonably need, after removal (for example backups, legal compliance, or disputes).

Let It Out™. Stories on the wall are meant to be anonymous. Do not post names, contact information, or other details that could identify you or others. If you post anyway, you are responsible for that choice. We may edit, truncate, or present posts in anonymized form when we reuse them outside the wall.

What you promise. You are responsible for what you post. You represent you have the rights to post it and that it is not, to your knowledge, unlawful, infringing, or defamatory in a way that creates unjustified serious harm. We may remove or restrict any content, or limit or end access, at any time, with or without notice, if we think it is necessary for safety, law, or the health of the community—and we are not required to pre-screen or monitor all posts. You agree, to the extent the law allows, to defend and hold harmless Pattern Reset™ and its people from third-party claims that arise from your own posts and use of the site.

What others post. The site can include what other people write. We are not responsible for their words or for disputes between you and them, except as required by law. If you believe a post infringes your copyright or is otherwise abusive or unlawful, contact us with enough detail to review (email below); we will handle good-faith reports in line with applicable law, including, where it applies, notice-and-takedown for copyright. We are not a court and cannot resolve every disagreement.

Privacy

We collect information you give us (for example name, email, phone, and payment data when you sign up or buy). We use it to provide our services, process orders, send service-related messages, and support you. We use safeguards we consider appropriate to protect your information. We may update this description as our practices change; the “last updated” line below will change when we do. Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Brand & contact

We work to protect our marks and content. If you see misuse, email us with a clear description and any evidence. We control mypatternreset.com and resetmypattern.com (and their subdomains). Confusingly similar domains may infringe our rights.
